Produced in small oak barrels so as not to give the taste of wood or tannins, this wine has a deep golden colour and refined complexity. White flowers, citrus fruit, delicately stewed pear with hints of vanilla, toasted aromas, hazelnut and breadcrumbs to the nose, with candied fruit, mirabelle plum, quince paste and honey to the palate with a finish that reminds us of bitter orange.
